"Mario Barth präsentiert"

"Mario Barth präsentiert” (Mario Barth Presents) – with outstanding comedian and ratings guarantee Mario Barth – is a flawless blend of comedy, show and chat show. The first six episodes were broadcast betweeen November 30, 2007 and January 11, 2008 at 9:15 p.m. on RTL.

At the beginning of each show, Mario Barth welcomes Germany’s best stand-up comedians including Gaby Köster, Atze Schröder and Paul Panzer. Some comedians introduce excerpts from their current programs – others immediately join Mario on the couch for an intimate chat.

However, this does not mean they can lean back and relax, but immerse themselves in hilarious and adventurous situations with Mario Barth: whether improvisation, sporting challenge or joining forces with an orchestra – in “Mario Barth präsentiert”, the comedians have to prove their metal!
In the following “Personality Talk”, Mario Barth welcomes top-notch guests including Ralf Möller, Verona Pooth and Til Schweiger, who answer his questions. In typical Mario style, the 34-year-old manages to make his guests open up and reveal the odd private detail. Furthermore, Mario plans something for each of his star guests, ranging from movie dubbing roles through to breathtaking car stunts.
