Summersaults, twists and lots of belly-flops: TV total’s Tower Jump!

Six times, Stefan Raab has challenged celebrities to a tower jump, and stars – including Joey Kelly, Elton, the "Mundstuhl" duo Lars & Ande, Olympic medalist Sandra Völker, the presenters Norbert Dobeleit and Kai Böcking, gymnast Fabian Hambüchen and former "No Angels" singer Lucy – were more than willing to accept. Following a crash course under the instruction of the German Swimming Association (DSV) coaches, the celebs are able to show their hidden talents in the singles and synchronous jump categories. And put on a show is exactly what they do: performing jumps from the handstand position or a double backwards summersault with twist – the celebrities risk everything to win.

But the competition-hardened jury is tough and don't miss a single mistake. The same apply to the reporter Sonya Kraus and the presenter Steven Gätjen who are merciless when it comes to commenting on the flops.

And the celebs were not only a hit with the audience at the packed swimming pool, but also with the viewers at home: Among 14-49-year-olds, this spectacular sports event achieved an average market share between 24.0 and 31.5 percent*.
