As a result of a management buy-out in December 2006, BRAINPOOL is once again independent. The international media group Banijay Entertainment and BRAINPOOL have been participating in a joint venture since July 2009. Banijay Entertainment, with its headquarters in Paris, gains 50% of BRAINPOOL’s shares.
