The warmest winter 250 years: Stefan Raab postpones Celebrity Ski Race in St. Anton in Tyrol

No snow – no go: because there is still a distinct absence of the white stuff in St. Anton in Tyrol, Stefan Raab is postponing his celebrity ski event by two weeks. "The Grand TV total Parallel Slalom" will now take place on December 16, 2006 at 8:15 p.m. LIVE on ProSieben.

Stefan Raab’s slope duel is now being held two weeks later than originally planned. The warmest winter for 250 years is making us all wait for the Tyrolean snow. For this reason, the entertainer and his 15 celebrity colleagues will not be snapping on their skis until December 16, 2006. But this will do nothing to dampen Stefan Raab’s ambition: "It makes no difference to me. I just have an extra two weeks to prepare."

At 8:15 p.m., ProSieben will be airing "The Grand TV total Parallel Slalom" – LIVE. On Friday, December 15, 2006, the participants will be skiing to decide who their dueling partners will be the following day. The contestants on the 2001 World Cup course include comedian Christian Tramitz, DJ Bobo, DJ Ötzi, presenter Christian Clerici, high-jumper Tim Lobinger and Austria’s soccer legend Toni Polster. And the music for this fantastic piste party will be provided by POPSTARS Monrose, Christina Stürmer and DJ Ötzi.

"The Grand TV total Parallel Slalom" on Saturday, December 16, 2006, at 8:15 p.m. and “The Grand TV total Parallel Slalom – The Qualifying” on Friday, December 15, 2006, at 10:15 p.m. – both LIVE on ProSieben.
