"elton.tv" enters Round Two – New series starts in March 2002
From March 14, 2002, Stefan Raab trainee, Elton, enters Round Two of his series. The first nine episodes of "elton.tv" were watched by an average of 1.30 million viewers in the advertising-relevant target group (19.6% market share) – hence making "elton.tv" the most successful ProSieben comedy format in the Thursday 11:15 p.m. timeslot. The current season of the comedy show will be broadcast until March 7, 2002.
With weak knees and moist hands, Alexander Duszat, better known as Elton, launched his very first own show on December 6, 2001 – "elton.tv". However, his stage fright was completely without reason: An average of 1.51 million viewers from the age of 3 (corresponding to a 10.9-percent market sharer) as well as 36.6 percent of 14- to 29-year-olds tuned in to watch Germany’s most famous TV trainee. Hence, "elton.tv" is the most successful ProSieben comedy format in the Thursday 11:15 p.m. timeslot. With the most bizarre Websites, the most hysterical video clips, charmingly funny outdoor events and celebrity studio guests, Stefan Raab’s "protégé" was able to mesmerize his audience. The first series of "elton.tv" will run until March 7, 2002, only to be replaced – from March 14, 2002 – by new episodes of this fabulous show produced by "Raab TV".
"elton.tv" – every Thursday at 11:35 p.m. on ProSieben.
