"Stromberg" is back!

Hard times await Stromberg in Season Two: the – to date – separate departments of the CAPITOL claims division, A-L and M-Z, are being merged. Stromberg is demoted to deputy departmental manager. He has, on the surface, comes to terms with this situation. Fine, he may not be the overall head of the department, but he is running the whole show – at least unofficially. After all, he is the only one who knows how day-to-day business operates. Sooner or later, his superiors will get wind of this.
