Beat Stefan Raab and win € 1.5 million

In his show, "Schlag den Raab" (Beat Raab), Stefan Raab has not been beaten in the two competitions to date. For this reason, challengers can now win a staggering € 1.5 million if they beat the entertainer in his multi-discipline show. "Schlag den Raab", on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 8:15 p.m. LIVE on ProSieben.

Twice to date, Stefan Raab has faced a challenger in his "Schlag den Raab" multi-discipline show – and he has remained unbeaten. Even in his duel with Johannes, fifteen years his junior, a former junior champion basketball player and an elite course college student – the entertainer came up trumps: "It was unbelievably close. But the old man showed the young whippersnapper what’s what." And despite having to overcome a 20-meter climbing wall, the two candidates having to show total physical determination on the soccer field and exhausting themselves in a game of badminton. Stefan Raab showed his metal, proved his nerves were made of steel and hence increased the jackpot for the next candidate to a cool € 1.5 million.

On January 27, 2007, a new challenger has the chance to win big money on ProSieben. "I need challengers, not victims", sniggered the entertainer and explains his success: "My biggest advantage is that I have never been ignorant. There are lots of people who do not know many things or do not want to know them." Raab, on the other hand, is an all-rounder: "Life comprises more facets than simply being a specialist in one thing that enjoys particular attention. There are not many things that I have not tried at some point".

Up to 15 rounds decide on victory or failure. Ranging from paper plane construction, making sandwiches, knowledge tests all the way through to go-kart racing – everything and anything is possible. Incremental points are awarded for the respective games. So, the player who loses the first ten rounds can still come out as the overall winner.

The gripping duel has also been mesmerizing audiences: on average, a stunning 29.5 percent of 14- to 49-year-olds tuned in to watch the Stefan Raab vs. Johannes duel, with up to 5.39 million people from the age of three. Refereeing the individual rounds is once again Matthias Opdenhövel. A total of five candidates take part in the show. The viewers at home decide by telephone voting live on "Schlag den Raab" who will compete 1 to 1 with Stefan Raab. And providing musical entertainment will be Simply Red with "So not over you", Jamelia with "Beware of the dog" and Tokio Hotel perform the world premiere of their latest single, "Übers Ende der Welt".
