Anke Engelke and Stefan Raab are the most popular comedy stars

According to a Forsa survey for the television guide "TV Today", the two BRAINPOOL stars, Anke Engelke and Stefan Raab, are the funniest proponents of German comedy.

Anke Engelke is by far the most popular comedian in the country. 33 percent of Germans awarded the "Ladykracher" (Lady Cracker) star the top grade among TV comedians. Anke Engelke received the greatest approval from women, with 37 percent, with 28 percent of the men declaring her their personal favorite. This was revealed by a sample survey, published on Wednesday by the Forsa opinion poll institute on behalf of the magazine "TV Today". Stefan Raab follows in second place with 25 percent. The "TV total" host is the particular favorite of 14- to 29-year-old men. With 19 percent, Ingolf Lück is ranked sixth, Elton – with 6 percent of the vote – comes eighth.
